Since Chris's knee surgery a few weeks ago I've had a slow trickle of bills arriving in the mail. I also get email reminders about new EOB's (or explanation of benefits) on our insurance website. So, then I have to track the bills from the doctors and make sure they sync up with what the insurance says they paid. Then I get to compare the receipts of what I've actually already paid. Every time he goes to the physical therapist it generates another set of bills/insurance/payments. It's a full time job. I'm grateful we have good medical insurance which has paid close to 95% of our medical bills. For that I have no complaints.
Jeremy is going to the chiropractor for back pain. I think his car accident in 2004 messed his back up pretty good...and procrastinator in me never took him to a chiropractor. Good news though, it's fixable and without surgery. I just feel bad that I waited so long.
Jessica is practicing songs from "Big" the musical for the high school production this year. Yesterday she asked if she could get the "soundtrack." My first thought went to Amazon.com. Cool I thought I'd order the book I've wanted and the soundtrack on CD and since that was over $25 I would get free shipping. Then she handed me her ITouch. "This is what I want." I realized I was looking at ITunes. The soundtrack was downloadable for a total of $9.99. Enter my password and voila! The download occurred on her ITouch. That was too easy.
So much for ordering my new book. The book isn't even on Kindle format.
I learn new things every day.
